Attorneys, like other professionals who advise clients on personal financial matters, are required by federal law to inform their clients of their policies regarding the privacy of client information. Attorneys have been, and continue to be, bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by this new law. In the course of providing our clients with legal services, we receive significant personal information from our clients. This Online Privacy Policy only applies to information collected through our website and the mobile application. Our website and mobile application are not directed at children under the age of 13.

Information Collection

I. Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information collected from our website and our mobile application may include, for example, your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number(s),  and information relating to your potential claim may be asked from any inquiries you may make through our website or our mobile application.

In addition, our mobile application, with your consent, also may collect information about your current location.  Our mobile application may also collect your device’s unique identifier and other technical information.

II. Cookies

Our website uses first-party and third-party cookies, however personally identifiable information is not collected through the use of cookies. The mobile application may collect non-personally identifiable information such as the type of device you are using (Apple® iPhone®, iPad®, or Android™ phone) and the version of mobile operating system that your device is using.

Information Use and Consumer Choice
